The first event of the holiday is Movieworld!! The 4 of us, Ying Xuan, Tyng, Reina and I set off from college at 10am. We managed to borrow the car from my fren, Samantha (\^o^/). We arrived at Movieworld at 11am. First ride of the day was just a warm-up session. We went for the Batman Adventure Ride 2. It was just some motion stimulator. Next up was some roller coaster at the Looney Toons World. Finally, for the highlight of the day, we took the Superman Escape!! 0-100km/h in 2 secs. So fun!!! Watched Shrek 4D, broke for lunch. We wanted to watch the Police Academy Stunt Show, but unfortunately, it started raining. This also signelled the end of our Movieworld. As we still had quite alot of time on hand, we decided to drive to Surfers Paradise. Shopped for awhile and ate dinner, and the day was over, so we headed home to rest to prepare for Sunshine Coast the next day.
Woke up at 7.45am, had breakfast till 8.30am, and set off for Sunshine Coast. Drove for some time before arriving at the first stop, Ettamogah Pub. We took some photos and then headed to the strawberry fields for plucking of strawberries. Next stop was the Superbee Honey Factory, The Big Pineapple. We drove to Eumundi for lunch, which we had at a small family restaurant. The owners were very friendly people, and we even had a short chat with them. They also gave us directions to get to Glasshouse Mountains, and where to have a good view of the mountains and sunset. We reached the mountains at about 5.30pm, and we managed to catch a good view of the sun setting into the mountain ranges. Headed home as it was getting dark, and we stopped by at Taringa's Domino Pizza to get some pizza for dinner. Dinner was spent watching "Night at the Museum" and eating pizza.
